| We had a week of fantastic weather which was a bonus, and enjoyed a very quiet and peaceful holiday exploring the local area. Bennett’s Water Gardens on the outskirts of Weymouth was a great find. The old brickworks and quarries have been beautifully landscaped and planted, and the water lilies were looking superb. Well worth a visit! Would also recommend Cherries in Abbotsbury – we met friends for lunch and had excellent service and delicious food. A nice environment to catch up with each other! Nearby craft shops also very tempting!! |
