Our family has proudly been farming in this area for 10 generations, cultivating a rich heritage and connection to the land. Spanning 750 acres along The Fleet Lagoon and the iconic Jurassic Coast, our mixed farm is a thriving hub of activity. At the heart of our farm is a 250-cow dairy, with milk sold exclusively to Marks & Spencer. We raise all our calves, including Holstein Friesian females, which join the dairy at two years old, and Aberdeen Angus and Limousin beef breeds, reared to 18–20 months before being sold.
We grow maize, wheat, and barley to support farm operations, and we dedicate 88 acres to wildlife conservation. This area features wild bird food plots, wildflower covers, and herbal leys, creating a haven for local biodiversity and showcasing our commitment to sustainable farming practices.
We’re always happy to share more about our farming activities. If you’re interested in visiting the calves or the dairy, please feel free to chat with Jane to arrange a time—we’d love to give you a closer look at what makes our farm so special.
